How can you make a great product better? KME
« on: December 30, 2009, 12:10:00 PM »
With outstanding customer service.

Long story short I have a KME BH sharpener. I was in a hurry and decided to regrind the bevel on a few BH's using my KME and a 220 grit belt on my belt sander. It worked great resetting the bevel but it was not so great on the roller and carrier for my BH jig.

I sent an email to Ron in hopes that I could order replacement parts to fix what I had broken. Even though my KME BH sharpener was in no way defective Ron promptly responded within a couple hours to advise me that my troubles would be taken care of without delay.

This is the type of customer service that most places lack in this day and age but the type I am very happy to report I have received from Ron.

The parts to fix my jig were in the mailbox when I got home from work last night.  Thanks again to Ron at KME for a GREAT product backed by the best customer service in the business.

Good service is so rare and when you have it, nothing makes you more happy...and a happy person tells good words about his experience...and that is as good advertising there is...so why not all businessmen get it and try to make their best to keep customers happy...good luck with your spare parts!

I was having problems sharpening STOS on my KME. (It wasn't the KME, but the nut that holds the broadhead-me). Ron called me and walked me through it. Excellent service!

Ivan,     Ron is a really great guy.   Thank you for the kind words about KME.  Ron has set a very high standard to follow.  Got your order today and I must say that you are making a great gesture as well.  That is a class act as well.  Thanks again.
