Anybody have pics of their Maddog bows?
« on: December 30, 2009, 08:38:00 PM »
I was wondering if anybody had pics pf their Maddog bows.  I have been thinking about getting one for a long time.  I have heard a lot of great things about them but the only pictures that I've seen are the ones on Mikes web site.  If anyone could, would you post some pics so I could see what some of his different bows look like with different woods and what not.

My son won one of the Maddog kids bows for the Hill b-day giveaway. And if he puts half the quality in his adult bows as he does his kids bows, then your getten a great bow! The kids bow is so smooth and has clean lines and a detailed handle. It's a great looking bow and I am gonna get a bow for me at some point this year.If you email Mike he will respond and answer any questions you have he is a great guy.

We have 4 in our house. My wife shoots a mid-sized recurve as does one of my daughters. My youngest has a pup. I had Mike make me a 52" mid-sized longbow. All the bows shoot great. Good bows for the money. I will take some pics tomorrow of all 4.

Here's a pup recurve, 37" overall length, for kids that draw up to 21". This one's purple heart and black glass.

     Here's a longbow, 66" shallow D/R design.

Close up of the longbow, zebra wood / black glass.

Here's close up of the midsized recurve riser, this ones cherry with a cocobolo stripe.

Here's a pup longbow, 48" long, in draw weights up to 29# @ 24" this one has a maple handle the customer wanted dyed hot pink.
