Dryad Hunter or Soothsayer?
«

I'm looking to pickup a bow to shoot in the "Primitive" class at some of the 3D shoots. I have pretty much decided on a Dryad Bow, but am having trouble choosing between the Hunter and the Soothsayer?
Please post your experiance with either of these bows? Pictures too if you got em..... :D
Thanks

Cody,
They are really the same bow design with different handle configurations. So it really is up to your preferance for a traditional handle or a more modern sculpted grip.
The SoothSayer is cut closer to center so it is easier to tune arrows.
Also check the regs for your primitive class and make sure both bows meet the standard.
I shoot a SoothSayer and was lucky enough to take the IBO worlds in the primitive class with it last year.

Thanks Mike! Looks like I'll be getting a Soothsayer here as soon as I can come up with some extra $.
Love those Dryad's keep up the good work!

I tried a soothsayer a couple years ago at Denton Hill and I finished one of Mike's Hunter bow blanks. The best I ever shot at a 3D was with my Hunter. You can't go wrong with either one!

Both bows are prime goods. They shoot great and look just as good. I lean toward the soothsayer mainly because of the near to center cut. Of course with Dryad Bows you not only buy the bows, but you get Mike and Jason to boot. They are the easiest people to deal with and will do anything in there power to help you out. I know for they have gone the extra mile for me in the past.
