I may have the perfect bow for you and give me a few minutes and i will check.

I have a kodiak hunter and a grizzly that are in the low 40# poundage.

I might can get down there in your price range with a great shooting bow.

I would also check the local Pawn shops, my nephew picked up a couple of nice recurves cheep.
