Thank you 3Rivers
« on: January 12, 2010, 11:05:00 PM »
I just wanted to say thank you to 3Rivers archery. My wife purchased Getting Stickbow close I & II for me as a Christmas present. When I watched volume 2 it stopped halfway and wouldn't play the rest of the DVD, my wife called and described the problem and in a couple of days I had a new DVD, no questions asked. Thank you for the great service and I will be ordering some more items from you in the near future. Thanks again.

They are some good folks to deal with.  Always treat you fairly (and are pretty quick at shipping as well). One can ask for no more.

Wolfie,
I thought they were pretty good, some real nice bucks were taken. A couple of hits were less than desirable, but thats hunting, you don't always hit them where you want to. They seemed like 2 ordinary guys, not all the hipe and advertisement of the equipment used, etc. like some of the other videos.

Yeah steve is my uncle their both super cool guys. The reason those shots were put in is cause unfortunately that's the way it happens sometimes. Its happened to all of us.
The next dvd has got some bomber bucks in it I got to see some this weekend. I think they said that its not gonna have so much music in it this time.
Thanks for the review I will let em know what ya thought.

In most businesses customer service is a thing of the past. However, I have found that across the board the the world of trad archery is very customer oriented. Outfits like 3 Rivers are proof that doing right by the customer works for the business.

I do not agree. I have been having a problem with them getting my order correct. Called them as soon as it arrived and I unpacked it. I have to ship the arrows back and they will ship the correct ones. I called today to find out when my arrows will be getting here. I was told the will not do anything with return's until Friday then swap out with the correct arrows and ship. Unbelievable. I hope they take care of it as soon as they get the arrows back.

Sound like other's get good service not me.

I pop an order on the Three Rivers site.  They say 5-7 days but it rarely takes more than two getting here to Louisiana.  Always 100% accurate.

Only problem I have is I spend too much!
