I had a 64" Sovereign recurve. It was all bacote and it was a beautiful ultra sweet shooter. I know who has it and he wants double what I sold it for.

I sold a Black Widow model MAB (all black) with an extra set of limbs back in '98 and wish I still had it. I killed my first trad doe and buck with that bow.

Wish I hadn't sold my Asbel Bighorns.  Now I'm looking for one just for old time's sake.

Mine was a custom bow that I had gotten and reworked (took it from 63 lbs to 54 lbs) , gave it to my nephew and a year later....treaded him a new bow for my old one.  Kinda like having a fovorite pair of slippers back!

Sold a Blacktail Elite TD several years ago that I always regretted.  Fortunately I found a used one on this site that was almost identical so the wound has healed...mostly.

A Savora Premier one-piece recurve I got in trade about 1985.  Got it in exchange for an early Jennings compound from a second-hand store that bought out a sporting goods store in Grand Forks, North Dakota.

On the other hand...

I traded the Savora for another bow I regretted selling: my very first "real" bow, an Allen Speedster compound.  Still have the Allen and will use it to shoot a deer one of these years.

I went "brain-dead" temporarily.......I think.   :banghead:      :banghead:      :banghead:

I also shot it very well. The second arrow that I ever shot from it, took the nock off of the first.   :dunno:

two that come to mind and one was stolen from me:

Howatt hunter & a BW MAII take down
i was told by a sales person, when purchasing an out-of-date newpaper that it was out-of-date...

i told her "i've been told i'm out-of-date, too"...

does that mean i'm up-to-date?

Black Widow MAV - first year they came out with the Ironwood I believe - my Dad bought me it and he's no longer here.  I'd love to have that back.

My first trad bow was a PMA Black Widow. Wish I still had it.

I bought a Habu Bushmaster used here.  It was heavy, but it sot very nice.  Would love to have it back.
