A learning process at Tradgang!!!
« on: January 13, 2010, 01:10:00 PM »
Being a member of Tradgang has been the greatest teacher of Archery in my 55 years of shooting a bow and I started when I was 15( I bought a lemondwood bow after reading about Howard Hill). I have loved the bow from the first arrow I released!
I think Tradgang's Terry,Rob,all the Moderators, bowyers, and all the members who have posted here.
It has been my experence that on Tradgang we live by a code(a man or gal is only as good as there word).
I hope every member takes part with there input to Tradgang.
I love to sell something in the classified and whoever gets it says "Wonderful, you made my day".
During my life we only had a few books to guide us in our shooting and hunting. When we bought our only bow, it was because our old one broke or was traded. We shot one bow and loved it, because it was what we could afford(and we shot it well).
I thank the members who share by giving a bow away to someone who needs it. I have given many bows to frends who wanted to get into tradional shooting and giving is better than receiving!
I cannot relate to you how much I have learned and enjoyed here on the Gang.
I shoot better and enjoy more than ever before! Ken

Thsi place is awesome, there are so many great folks on this site willing to unselfishly share their knowledge, and give back to this great sport of traditional bowhunting.

Absolutly!  I have been hunting for around 25 years myself and Most of what I have learned I have learned from others here in the last few years.

The great thing is that you not only learn about archery and hunting here but morality and character as well.  Great people.
