Cabela's had some on clearance.  Check the bargin cave. Other than that, cheap feather are hard to find, unless you take them right from the bird and cut them yourself.  You can get full length feathers and a cutter and depending on the length and style you can sometimes get two feather from one. Rite dye in warm water and you can dye them any color you want.

I've got some cheap ones, but odd colors.  Bought up a few thousand from a store that wasn't moving them, along with several thousand Mercury nocks (also odd colors).  More than I'll ever need (I just can't pass up a bargain).

If you are interested, e-mail me for details.

This place has some really cheap 5" shield and parabolic die cuts.  I ordered some and you definately get what you pay for.  Rough base and inconsistant cuts, but if you don't mind sorting they are cheap. dino

I bought some from Rainbow feathers too, a few years ago. Won't do it again. The base of the black ones was dyed like the rest of the feather and had to be sanded to get the glue to stick.

Black feathers had originally been ORANGE!

The blue ones I got were OK.

I have actually been in the Rainbow Feathers shop. Archery feathers are a sideline for him, as his primary business is exotic feathers for dancers, costumes, etc. in Las Vegas. OK for stumping arrows, but if you are going to invest a lot of time on some showstoppers, I'd look elsewhere.

:clapper:

I like the way Mike ships. Doesnt send little items in a big box and charge outragous shipping. I told him he'd keep my business if he keeps that up. Plus he's got the best prices around. I get my stuff from Kansas just as fast as I do from in state vendors.

I was going to recommend The Nocking Point as well, but I see you already went with them - great choice.  Super nice easy to work with folks, good prices, good product, and fast (and inexpensive) shipping.  Tough combo to beat...
