...... "Traditional Bowhunting for Whitetails" is one of the finest out there. Gotta get a copy if ya can. The chapter: "What Makes a Trophy?" gets right to the heart of it all.

I got the book for Christmas and finished it by the 27th.  It was a great read and I recomend it as well.  Being rather inexperienced I learned a good bit that put me much closer to deer in the latter part of the season.
Bring a compass because it's awkward when you have to eat your friends.

When I first decided to learn archery, I got his first book and learned alot from it (beginners guide to traditional archery).

will need to be on the look out for this book

That was my first bowhunting book and I don't think I would have gotten a deer without it this year!
