There is hardly any snow in your woods, not fair. I will be wearing snowshoes for spring turkey hunting with the way things are going around here.  To be honest, the only reason I go spring turkey hunting is to go bird watching and stump shooting. I think I will do some stump shooting in my basement today.

Don't want to doubt the elder statesman but I counted 75 steps from the camera to the stump. Even at your shorter stride I'd say you were closer to 50 yards out. So how did you miss the first one  :)

The first shot went left by about half a foot, between the tree and stump.  I was probably looking at the hole between the tree and stump 8^).

Awesome video George! The first two shots of the day are by far the most important. All the rest can be chalked up to working on form and adjusting to certain distances.

That stretch of woods looks a bit like Michigan. Stump shooting is one of the very best ways to practice, sometimes more so than a 3-D range.

I always love watching videos posted by all of us. Gives more of a look into a person beyond typed words.
Just one more step please!
