Martin Shooting Glove
« on: January 28, 2010, 11:34:00 PM »
I have a Martin shooting glove that I bought a few years ago at Sporsman's Warehouse. It is getting to the point of needing to be replaced and I can not find one any where. I have looked on line with no luck. Any one have any ideas?

Martin does have some on their web site, though I don't know if these are the same as you had.  I do believe they are selling alot of the Bearpaw traditional items now...

Tony,
If you are talking about the gold-colored deerskin glove, I have one (and wore it out).  I got one of these from Three Rivers    deerskin glove  and except for the color (which I actually like better), it is identical for all practical purposes.

The gold-colored Martin brand glove I found is available-in size medium anyway-(dare I say it-I don't want to get into trouble with the authorities) on Amazon.com from one of their "associates" or whatever they call them.  I can't tell if they are being discontinued or what, but there are still some in the pipeline.  I think I will go with the Three Rivers glove from now on.

A bought a Martin out of desparation at Cabela's I belive it is just a Bearpaw with a Martin stamp. I would buy a Bearpaw if I was you. You are paying for the Martin stamp.

What size do you need? I was in 4 Peaks Archery in Mesa, Az., yesterday, and he had a bunch of small and mediums. He says he is having a hard time getting size Large from Martin. I was looking for a Large; I will probably get one of the deerskin gloves from 3Rivers.
