My buddy, Jeff Hester watched the Avatar Movie and decided he was going to try to shoot like a 9 foot tall blue alien. We figured anything would help!

It'd work better if they shot off the other side of the bow, but it was a movie after all. The director should have consulted us.

Just watched the movie last night, prety cool, but,.. they also didn't have anchor points. Sure were acurate tho. Nice fantasy.

Here's a vid with man shooting Avatar- Style!
However, I don't think he has been inspired by the Avatar film... Guess he's just trying to get the archers paradox right when shooting from the "thumb side" of the bow. This is usually done when using the thumb release which is the Asian Archery Style. A style that was developed for hornbows.
