Brian,
Happy to hear you are on the way back. I too have been putting it off for years. My ortho told me in January I have no options left but a total knee. I am 43 and injured it in my teens. Most days it only hurts a little but is always there. Thanks for sharing and when I finally give in I will let you all know. Always a lot of info here.
Good luck with the bears!

I am taking my wife in for her second knee replacement in about 20 minutes. Her first back in Oct. went extremely well. The best advice I can give (and it's really good advice) is to follow your Doctor's instructions and perhaps even more importantly follow your Physical Therapist's instructions to the letter!

I had a knee replacement about 1 year ago.
Best advice I can give is do your rehab as you are told, or do more. If you do not do your rehab you can expect problems with scar tissue and it effects how you can bend your knee or straighten your knee.
Do your rehab, do it right. You will be fine.
