Any suggestions for a stringer for a narrow tipped longbow.....my pocket stringer covers the tip not allowing me to slip string into groove....

Stuff tissue paper into the top, pocket.Just enough to allow you to slip the loop in.We do it all the time,at the shop.We string alot of different bows.

Black Widow makes the best one I have found and I just use them on everything now.

Yep, you need a selway stringer.  I've never found a bow that it wouldn't work on. dino

The strap type string is the best, IMO...two top pockets, lrg and sm...can always add a thin piece of leather to tweak.

I know Joe Skipp had them...not sure who else carries them.

i dont get it ...selway makes one for a recurve and a longbow...only diff is the recurve pocket is a bot deeper.......i use a shooting star stringer that identical to the selway receurve stringer and it says for both recurve and longbow....
