New Bow from Kalamazoo!
« on: February 08, 2010, 12:13:00 PM »
Well I finally got around to taking some photos of my new bow I picked up at the Kalamazoo expo.  It's a Kohannah Elite take-down longbow.  Specs are 62 inches 50#@28.  The riser is ebony and pau ferro.  The limbs are red elm with ebony veneers.  So far I'm really happy with it, it is very smooth and quiet.  I'm hopefully going to break it in next month hog hunting.  If you're looking for a new bow check out Kohannah bows.  Great bow for a great price!

Bob builds a great bow for the bucks. That bow has his Fury Limb design from what I understand. It should be a hec of a shooter! Good Luck with her.

Yeah Bob said that it is the same limb design as his Fury.  Super nice guy to deal with too.

I'm not a lover of take downs but this one is pretty. Maybe its just that the only take-downs I've shot have been recurves and to me yours has the look of a longbow.

Congratulations on a nice looking bow. I hope it ends up being your bow of bows.

God bless,Mudd
