Like you, I went from the 14 to the 16, and my two ACS's are 66" LOA. I draw 29 1/2, but I wanted the longer riser for the taller sight window since I shoot with a vertical bow position. I love the 16 and I don't even notice the extra two inches of length. But, I'm primarily an on-the-ground elk hunter and don't have much experience in tree stands. If you haven't already, you might ask A&H about whether there would be any performance degradation by putting skins on. I would hate to compromise the extraordinary capability of the ACS when that's really what you're paying for. Good luck--I don't think you can go wrong with the 16!
