How is it gonna effect spring turkey hunting, for those of us that have way to much snow , and it won't be gone before spring? I would like to know1 Thanks
There are many good moccasin tracks along the trail of a straight arrow: ( fox )

Well for me it is going to be better, infact outstanding. The elninio years the storms track heavy to the southern part of Utah, which is where I live. I wasn't able to draw a tag for the early hunt which is early april. My tag will start on may 3. The heavey snow will keep the birds from getting hened up on me. On a warm year the late hunt can be tough because of the warm weather. The frist time I drew the early hunt it was a year like this and I was hunting in snow shoes watching my friend making powder turns on his skies. No lie! It also keeps alot of birds away from people that won't hike because they can't drive in. It may not help hunting the Rio's here as much but the merriams on the mountain will be better. As long as it don't snow through may, which it has been knowen to.
