I have made several using their takedown plans. I changed a few minor things on the riser, nothing to effect the geometry. Mine shoot as good or better as any other bow I have ever shot. I add carbon to mine to increase speed a bit.  With a few skills and a little time you can make a bow as nice as any. After all they are all just some wood and glass.

I made one in 1971. I used it for several years before buying another bow. I still have that bow. I haven't shot it in years. I may just get it out this year and shoot it again. I like the grip on it. It was custom made by me for me. Gary
