not waterproof dye, dye that won't remove the natural oils from the feather, be it goose or turkey. doubt it. better to come up with a way to replenish the natural oils after strippin' out and dying the feather.

A little about the pic.
James Trogdon captured this oddity at Eldorado Reservoir on May 19, 2007. The turkey flew into a cove and landed in the water, swam 300 yards to shore, and walked out.

Rob,I have an arrow for an antenna and I use feathers and spray them with 100% pure food grade silicone.Through all the rain and snow storms the last 2 months they still have the original shape.the feathers are not hard and stuck together either.The water beads off,and I travel the Parkway 35 miles to

should give it a try and you wont have that wet feather problem.
