ILF, and lots of folks do. In fact, some of the very bestest of the bestest bows out there are ILF based.

Why would you not hunt with a ILF bow.

My Morrision Mini 14 ILF and 2 sets of limbs is exactly the bow I'm using soon on an Alaskan Black Bear Hunt... I have several bows I could have chosen, however this is the one making the trip.  :wavey:

I needed to drop a little in bow weight and thought when I purchased a new bow why not try an ILF. so I bought one about a month ago. Don't know why I waited so long. I love it. I ordered a second set of recurve limbs today and planning on buying a set of longbow limbs for it real soon. Really nice to be able to change limbs in about 10 seconds. Find the riser with the grip you like and you have a ton of options on limbs. This bow will be going with me on my hunts this year.

I have a longbow and recurve both from Bob and they are awesome.  I dislocated my shoulder last year and was able to lower the poundage down and still shoot the same bow.  I love them and I can't say enough good things about Bob and his bows.

I am considering one and glad to hear people are happy with them. Was wondering though if the poundage change is enough that you have to tune arrows for stronger and weaker settings of the limbs?

I have the Morrison Mini-14 with longbow limbs and have hunted extensively with the bow. It is one of the best bows made for bowhunting. Whether you have to re-tune the arrows when you change poundage varies depending on the bow/arrow combination and the amount of poundage change, just as with any other kind of bow.

I will be this year on our Alaska Moose hunt.  It will be one of our new risers with medium curve limbs.  58" bow ntn.

Looking forward to getting it built.

Not trying to be stupid, but what are you guys talking about the poundage change?
