I'm going to try my best at sharpening my Tusker Concorde single bevel broadheads, what type of file do you suggest, I want to stop over the HW store and pick one up.

12" Mill Bastard file is what I use. If you can find a 14" even better it is a little wider.
I use a Nicholson.  Get your self a file brush while you are there to keep the grooves clean.

IMPORTANT: Get a good quality file.  At the hardware store, this means a Nicholson; nothing less!    :readit:

If I was going to use just one file, it would be a quality 8 inch Mill Bastard.  It is big and coarse enuf to move metal, but smooth enuf to produce a fine edge.  My preference is a 10 inch Mill Bastard for the heavy work and then one of the 6" smooth cut files from our Trad suppliers for smoothing up the edge and removing the burr.

John shows his sharpening set up on the tusker web site

 http://www.bowhuntingaustralia.com/sharpening_broardheads.html

A lot of guys in Australia use a panel beaters body file, in the manner John is showing.

Very fast and easy.

I agree with pretty much everyone who's posted thus far. Either an 8" or 10" Nicholson Mill Bastard file, a little chalk, and a file card to make your file last a long time. Good luck.
