Those of you who like the Shur-Grip you need to check out the Posi-Grip

Recently purchased a Posi-Grip from Blake Fisher at Eclipse broadheads and must say they will now be fitted on all my bows.

I became of fan of the Shur-Grip when Randy Morin sent me one with my Hi-Breed. Took me awhile to put it on but once I did it was there to stay and wondered how I ever shot without one.

While reading an issue of TBM I seen the Posi-Grip and decided to give one a try.

Once it was in place and I ran some arrows through the bow. The little dimples are absolutely amazing...provides stable hand position and works extremely in the conditions I have exposed it to (cold and dry, cold and wet, warmer Spring like weather). Based off of my experience with the Shur-Grip the Posi-Grip will perform just as good if not better in the hot humid Georgia summer.

Not taking nothing away from the Shur-Grip but the Posi-Grip with the dimples is now my choice of rubber type grips.

I wonder if it would result in as big a cuss fight as I got into with myself from pulling a Suregrip over the riser of a Black Widow PAX?
Lefties are the only ones who hold the bow in the right hand.

David,

Not sure how much bigger a BW riser is than my KS riser but it was not as difficult as I thought it was going to be.

I know the feeling though as I did the same thing with the first Shur-Grip I put on   ;)

I have been thinking of giving it a try.I have tried a shur-grip,nice but I still prefer a leather grip.

I think that I will go order one and see how it works. my sure grip is almost wore out.

Is there a link to it anywhere with cost and details?  I too have sure grips on 3 of my bows and really like them - So if someone improved on an already good product I'd look it over.

Dang Terry, you just announced mans best friend!   :biglaugh:

Sorry, just a little IT humor. I tell my guys everyday when trouble shooting to do quick searches as you can find just about everything by Googling it.

The Posi-grip is a great product. I have a red one that works really really well, especially in the snow. It fits snuggly and adds little girth to your bow. Always a nice solid grip. Doesn't get slick.

It looks a little thicker than the sure grip. Is it thicker or just looks that way in the picture?

Night Wing

Looks nice. Will it fit the grip area on a take down recurve?
