I have a Root Field Master 45# @ 28" recurve & I was wondering if the B50 Flemish string from 3Rivers would be a good choice for my bow???
Or should I go with something else???
Thanks

Sure, as long as it's the right length.
Lots of other sponsors here as well that make fine strings.

If your bow's limb tips are suited for fast flight strings, I have been amazed with the new Brownell Astro Flight string material. 8 or 10 strands with padded loops are super quiet and must be performing better than the D-97 strings since my arrows now are showing a very weak spine now

I doubt that it is, reason being, Root bows were made around the 50's to 70's (well that's what a quick search found) so it's quite an old bow.
Thanks guys

I would go with a custom bow string maker. You will have a much better chance of gettig a good fit and choice of colors and # of bundles. With no more cost. Don't think you will want a fast flight string on your bow. A good string maker will know that.

I've been shooting 3Rivers strings for quite a while now,,no problems with them at all.
B50's also good stuff, been using that for 40 years on various bows.
