ILF longbow suprise
« on: March 12, 2010, 09:23:00 AM »
I have always shot recurves and only one or two hill style bows. Last night I tried a bow with an aluminum riser and some hybred ILF longbow limbs. What impressed me was how dead in the hand it was, along with an extremely quiet shot, totally free of that little buzz I feel with some recurves. I have never shot anything other than a recurve that felt that nice. I am sure most of you guys out there know this already. I also understand that the riser makes a difference, but gee, that quiet of a shot without any silencers was really cool.
