I use some old 30lb braid fishing line. Holds up fine without having to glue it either.

I have found the waxed dental floss to move on me, and the nail polish won't stick to it. The unwaxed is best.

TradArchers' World Magazine current issue has an article in it By David Soza. He uses BCY dyneema 3D end loop serving thread in .017.

I really like the look and feel unwaxed dental floss, coated with super glue. Real sleek and they last a long time, over a year of steady shooting.

I use B50 and have had no trouble with it and unlike dental floss, if you get bored with one color you can easily switch to another.

I have never had a problem with the round dental floss, waxed or not. I always ask my dentist for the cinnamon flavored floss because it is red
I put a drop of clear nail polish on it and it lasts as long as the string does.

Rob D. has a do it yourself follow along in the how to section on the main page and I think there are choices listed.
