Suede.....is it hot?  Some of the skater kids wear toboggans year round....I guess you might start a trend.   :D  Maybe try some felt to let it breath.    I really think you should change your avatar.  Great pix.

I would change the avatar but I don't know how. I went to edit profile and select a different avatar but all I could choose from was the icons.

Help?

Thanks!

Hey Mudd, I wonder if you could get Top Porter to give up his bowler?
Dave

I've come to believe that the keys to shooting well for me are good form, trusting the bow to do all the work, and having the confidence in the bow and myself to remain motionless and relaxed at release until the arrow hits the mark.

I wouldn't mind having one of those myself. I just like hats. Lots and lots of hats and different kinds of hats. This past week I added two more styles to the ones I already have.
I also had to mail one back to the Hat Shop in San Diego, Ca, It came today and when I put it on it went down almost over my ears..lol

I hate to admit it but I may be about as close to having a hat fetish as anyone I know.

Mudd, I'd think that kilt a little breezy in a tree stand.  Or is that why deer are starting to look up?  The hat rocks!  H

Best wallpaper I've had yet!
Look through Chet Stevenson's "Den of the Old Bowhunter" and you will find many kindred spirits.

And the song, from beginning to end, I found again in the heart of a friend.

Wow! I'm really honored if I really got used as wallpaper.

I'll have to put that book on my wish list.

I've never heard of it, but that's a very long list when I start thinking about those things..lol

Very nice hat, Mudd!  I like it very much.  I heard one member of our archery club is proposing a Funny Hat Shoot.  Now I know what to wear.

I have ordered some different colors of suede leather to try. The black looks ok but I want some reds and blues and some plain old cowhide color.

Thanks again for all the kind words.
