Hello everyone ! I'm new here but not new to traditional archery . I am , however, a bit rusty . I have been shooting a recurve on and off since I was 16 , and I'm 45 now . I worked in a archery shop for 4 years here in my home town and competed on the traditional leauges and in the national dart target tournaments .I had to get out of it and sold my Quillian Patriot bow in 2001 ,now I would like to get back into it and I'm looking around for a new bow . This is where I need a little help. I am interested in 3 different bows , the Quillian canebreak , the Damon Howatt Hunter or the Martin-Howatt Hunter . There is no place within a 4 or 5 hour drive to try them out , so I'm hoping that some of you have had some experiance with 1 or all of these bows . Any input on how they preform , as far as , are they quick? , do they stack up on the draw ( I have a 29.5 in draw ) ,and so on . Any info I could get would be greatly appreciated !!! Thank you .
