I use one for 5/16" shafts. It does the job quickly and easily. For the fatter wood shafts, I use a Bitz knock-off.

I think I have one in my archery box. If you want it I will be happy to ship it your way. I bought a Bitzenburger and don't use the EZ fletch anymore. It is very simple to use.

I've got a Bitzenburger that's at least 50 years old. Never used anything else, so no I have not tried one.

I have one of the red plastic Bohning fletchers. It has always worked fine for me. Do the EZ Fletchers do helical? Seems like any fletcher that doesn't do helical wouldn't be too great for traditional archery.

I have a right wing Arizona E-Z Fletcher that I've never used. I have it listed on several boards to trade for a left wing of any kind. I keep intending to put it on our classifieds but just haven't gotten around to it.

When I think about it, it's funny because I could have had it posted in the same amount of time it's taken me to type this out but I might miss something on Powwow if I go over there....lol

I have had one for years and frankly. . am not so thrilled with it. I use a Bitzenberger for all my arrows now. Since I now use fletch tape exclusively, I only need one Bitz and got rid of the duplicates.

I didn't care for the EZ Fletch. I couldn't wipe the excess glue off and would have it adhere to the arms on occasion pulling the vane off my arrow. I like the JoJan. It has some wicked helical and I can wipe glue off both sides of the feather while it's setting. Good luck!

When I shot training wheels I used an ez fletch all the time with vanes. I didn't like it for feathers at all.

I have two EX fletches I bought when I shot a compound. They work nicely for vanes. Feathers are more work since they are typically thicker than vanes and have to be forced into the arms of the fletcher. It was not uncommon to have one feather slide up or down a little so the feathers aren't lined up evenly at times, which is likely more cosmetic that anything else.
I bought a Bitzenburger which I like much better; stronger helical and more consistent alignment, just a little slower.

I had one years ago. Didn't care for it. Got a Bitzenburger and haven't looked back. It's expensive but it'll be in use long after I'm gone and it adjusts to any arrow. Simply the best! (IMO)

I have three Bitz and use them all when I'm fletching a bunch. Why look at others?

Man! I just had a duh moment.
I didn't even look when I 1st read this post to see who was asking the question.
If you'll send me your mailing address I'd be happy to send you the one I have posted for sale or trade. The only draw back to it is that its for a right wing fletch.
