Definitly take them back and show the owner what type of job his shop produced. He should correct the situation to your satisfaction.

I couldnt even mess up that much! This is why I fletch my own arrows!

It isn't right, and the manager/ownner should be made aware, quietly of course.
He should make it right.  He should have inspected them before they left the shop, doesn't make any difference who did the work, his name is on the work.
Archery is a family sport, enjoy it with your family.
