Ive purchased Broadheads on two different occasions, and the service has been super fast and easy. i just got my second order of Brown bears with steel inserts, one of the inserts wasnt threaded, after a quick call to Abowyer, they had my info and without a question a new insert was in the mail! I just wanted to share a positive experience from a sponser..         Thanks Abowyer! A-1 in my book...

Jason, I will second the customer service , and the heads from Abowyer. sharp when you get them and easy to sharpen . I don't see myself using any other head in the near future. DB
