Bonehead move today
« on: April 15, 2010, 10:02:00 PM »
Made a bonehead move today.

I was cutting down some of the new game getter arrows that I have today but I already had the points glued in so they wouldn't come out in my target.  So, I thought I would cut them from the nock end so I wouldn't have to take the inserts out.  Only problem with that is the new game getters have some type of bushing in the nock end so now my nocks won't fit back in.  :knothead:

Those Gamegetter's have a composite uni-bushing they look like they are the shaft, you can buy aluminum uni-bushings to replace your cut off ones.If it was a carbon arrow, you would have no problem at all cutting from the nock end, mistakes happen.
