I'm what some would call 'sharpening challenged'. I've tried a bunch of ways to sharpen them and have cut myself more on the file than on the broadheads. I got frustrated the other day and just started rasping the heck out of one that was threaded onto a part of an old shaft, using a double cut file. The LW bevel really lets my natural motion of filing with my right hand dig in without loosening the broadhead. I'll be darned if I didn't keep a pretty good angle and raise a bur. After I got the bur off it was pretty darn sharp. Not as nice as some of my friends can get, but not too bad and something that I think I could reproduce in the field.
