Test run for new BW SAIII
«

I received a new 74# SAIII Monday. I built some Heritage 300's with 3 grain per inch weight tubes that combined with 170 grain Zephyer broad heads flew great and really thumped my targets. Saturday evening. Brandon (Bullrdr82) came up from Katy to try for a Hog and flirt with my niece. Just before dark a group of 2 big and 8 or 10 football pigs came in a dead run. This was my first hunt with Sticks and Limbs camo and the hogs seemed to pay me no attention as I fiddled with the camera and picked up my bow. As if she had read the script the biggest sow of the bunch turned quartering away right in the middle of the camera screen. Leaning out, the bow came back smooth as glass. I felt the broad head digging into my finger telling me I was at full draw. Holding for a few seconds to really bare down on a light spot tight behind her front leg I let the string slip away and was very pleased with the solid thump as the arrow buried to the feathers. One of the biggest thrills of the trip was when Whitney took my light and worked out the blood trail on her own. The look on her face when she almost stepped on the hog was priceless and one of the things that keep me looking for kids to take to the woods.

Great video Marty, If you watch close you can see the arrow come out of the pig. And bounce in the left side of the screen. Probably from snagging a tree getting out of Dodge!
Thanks
