Good luck, them suckers are protected like the spotted owl! Maybe ODFW has some they shot a few on the Columbia River this year.

I have heard some guys finding some old sealskin purse on **** and cut them up to make their own sealskin rests,just a thought.

PM your address to me. I will mail you a piece from Alaska Bowhunter Supply that will probably give you a couple of rests or a rest and strike plate. They only came about 2" x 3" when new and I took a rest and plate out of it.

This may be a business opportunity for me. We're killing seals here on the East Coast, but I don't know anything past that. Are there only certain parts of the hide suitable for rests, such as underbelly makes the best or whatever?
I have a sealskin rest that I need to replace as well. Would this be something that most archers would want?
