A member from Omaha, NE posted on here about a year ago on the forum that he had some. Like an idiot, I didn't order any or save the info.
Now I can't find anything on it.

PM your address to me.  I will mail you a piece from Alaska Bowhunter Supply that will probably give you a couple of rests or a rest and strike plate.  They only came about 2" x 3" when new and I took a rest and plate out of it.

This may be a business opportunity for me. We're killing seals here on the East Coast, but I don't know anything past that. Are there only certain parts of the hide suitable for rests, such as underbelly makes the best or whatever?
I have a sealskin rest that I need to replace as well. Would this be something that most archers would want?

Go to E Harmony and look for an Alaskan native girl, get in good and then ask for some.Thats about the best shot you have.
