Hog Hunting...

Anybody no of any pubic land with hogs? Me and a buddy are dying to stick a pig but there are none in the mountains of NC...Any info would be greatly appreciated,

Thought the mts was where they are at here in NC?? No other ideas to help - hogs seem to be alot of rumors to exist in places.
