Here's one for you out of leather:
It has a semi-rigid core sanwiched between the leather and the fleece lining. I did add a stiffening slat to macke sure the core doesn't fatigue causing the quiver to lose it's shape.
And here's a simpler tube style quiver that's worn and functions similarly (kind of like the Dawgware)
this was my first tube quiver... on the next couple I increased the size of the opening.

Here's one I made using 3" diameter tubing from a window tint shop (tinting comes wrapped on it and they just throw it away). Used one of my wife's old leather coats to wrap it with, dyed it, and used a bunch of 550 cord to braid up a strap. If you want some of the plans, I can send you a guy's build-a-long for one very similar. Good luck

I've made two Side Stalkers.....and in all honesty....I say but it. The amount of stitching invloved is CRAZY! Unless that is you just like to make all of your own gear....and are a little off...like me!

Here's one I made using some light weight garden tubing
The tube quiver is ideal for foul weather

Glue-spray on contact cement-it was messy but did the job.

The tubing is 3" and is almost clear. It is used by gardeners and vintners to protect young trees
and weighs very little.

Plug one end with a piece of wood; the arrows go in the other.
