I would contact Steve H., Doug Campbell, or DHR...they have experience hunting on the islands.

Also you can do a search and read there stories in the POW WOW...some really good stories in those posts.

What you want to hunt?Out of state license is a 100.00.Good from July 1 to june 31.Big Island has Ferral sheep ,Ferral Goat ,and hogs, and Mouflon sheep.Lanai has only Axis Deer and Mouflon.Friend of mine shot a 34" in velvet this year.Lanai has a pay hunt 60.00 either sex no limit. All year long any day.Jeep rentals are 130.00 per day last I checked. What I do is fly to Maui then catch a ferry fo 46.00 round trip.Thats a private hunt thru Lanai Land Company.I know a guy there that has tree stands and could hook you up with truck and take you to some spots but dont know how much he charges,See ya Ron

Nate:  I have hunted 4 islands, some of them numerous times.  The Napali Coast on Kauai is by far the best choice for great public access and lots of game.  Like was mentioned DHR has also hunted the Napali twice and posted stories/photos.  I've posted several stories in the past several years on here but not sure which ones are still around.  I will look and bring them to the top for you.
