new limbs carbon spine help

Hi i have placed order for new limbs 45 # @ 29 i draw 29
for my pmax widow i have never shoot under 52 #
and i want something that is easy to draw and hold for long shooting sessions
what carbons would get me in ball park spine wise
i do not want to shoot to heavy arrows max 10 grains per pound
i was thinking maybe gold tips or carbon express

Beman MFX Classic 500's would work well. Small diameter and durable. Use the 100 grain brass insert and 125 grain head. Mine are 29" long and weigh 525 grains.

With a 29 inch draw you should be able to shoot goldtip 35/55's with 175-200 grain points.
