You'll find it is pretty straight forward... there are a few tricks to learn along the way, but once you start... man I make new strings for my bows all the time just cause its fun!

Fun and easy... the only down-side to making strings is the cost of materials, which is not very much.

The cost is the only thing from keeping me from trying to make one right now (2 month old baby and no job atm). It looks straight forward and easy enough i am a fairly fast learner good with my hands so this should be fun.

But thanks to one of the great members on here i should have a new string by next week for free. By the time i need a new string hopefully i will have a few made.

i was thinking of buying the dvd but was looking for something free to see how it was done first i still think i might buy the dvd and use it as to learn. it is easier to learn by seeing it being done then just reading and looking at pictures.
