Well, what spine arrow are you going to try?

I'd try a CX Heritage 150 with 50 grain point insert for that bow poundage, arrow length and point weight.

Gold tips 55/75 should work at about 29" and you will want the front heavy, so the 100 grain inserts will be best.

If you are going to use 100 grain brass inserts, I second the 5575 gtips or any other 400 spine carbon. If you want to go with the 50's, go for the CX 150 heritage.

A couple weeks ago I called 3 rivers and they were a big help. The gentlemen talked me into a set of arrows that he shot because his set up was similar. He was awesome and quite helpful.  Good luck.

Widows are cut past center and like a stiff shaft.  I would think at CX250, 5575, 400 shaft at about that length with a 100 gr. insert and 135 point would be real close.  However, carbons are real touchy on length so I would not count on getting the exact length you want without a lot of fussing around cutting down inserts or something.

I find the 50# range bow to be right on the line between the arrow being to light when spined right with 500 shafts and needing a lot of front weight with 400 shafts.   The CX helps with shaft weight, but most shafts don't have the higher weight like the GT.  Internal weights can be used, but I like the stiffer shafts and high FOC option better than internal weights.

I shoot CX HE 250's out of my 54@28 PSA. I draw a full 28. The arrows fly like darts and hit like a 500 nitro express. The bare shaft great (when I do my part on form and release).

CX HE 250's that are 29.5" with 100gr brass inserts and 125gr points. Oh, and three 5" feathers. So...total arrow weight around 600grs.
