You guys will be busier than a 1-armed paper hanger!  :)

Teach, don't do!

You guys are in for a treat that have never seen how slick the knife and BH sharpeners work... but pay attention to the small stuff! It is a system. Watch and learn, write it down...then do it under their watchful eye(s).
