That bottler mate! Corker of a bow. Give it a burl.
I couldn't resist. You down there have the best sounding slang.
I try to use it and sound like a mug.
Thanks for the pictures. A really beautiful bow.

What a beauty.....  :notworthy:    :notworthy:
Truly a class piece of work.  Love the tips.  Love the riser too.  He oughtta be proud of that one.  A compound would never be as good lookin' as that.  Stunning.....  :clapper:    :clapper:

Takedown type riser with wood limbs.
Don't want to hi-jack just thinkin..

Darn nice bow buddy.

Gorgeous bow, it sounds like you have the boy trained well and making sound decisions at a young age.

I once had the pleasure of participating in the U.S. vs. Australia Stump Shooting World Championship in Tully Queesnland.

Seems the Aussie team was one man short, so I volunteered to be an Aussie for a day.

Anyway, once we thoroughly humiliated the U.S. wankers, er, "team," I had the chance to shoot one of my Aussie teammates' Huntsman recurve.

It was a killing machine, and it looked as deadly as it shot. Great bows! 10,000 dead Australian wild boars can't be wrong!

Thought I'd bring this up again as Mark Kimber (the bowyer behind this bow) has just started up his website... please note... it's still under coonstruction.

I'm glad you brought this back up, Al, as I missed it the first time round being out-bush about then, I reckon. Your boy has good taste in bows, for sure.

Al, not only is that a beautiful bow, but a great gift to your son getting him started into trad archery.  He will undoubtedly cherish the bow long after he outgrows those limbs and will look back on these days as great memories of good times with Dad....living, learning and loving.  I wish you many days of happiness (and good hunting!) together.

Outstanding bow by an artist Bowyer, really first rate. Samuel will have a good time with that one.
Great story, thanks for showing us the special Huntsman for lucky lad.
