Is there a carbon shaft out there that will work for a youngster?

They make the GT 15-30s and a couple other .600 spine arrows.

Predator 11's are available in .700 and .800 spines also.

Beman Carbon Flash go all the way to 1400 spine and are only $28.00 a dozen. You can only use glue in points though.I use them for my kids and they last a lot longer than wood or aluminum.

What draw length? Logan shoots 30-37#'s at 24" draw length. She shoots GT 15/30's cut to 26" with a 100 grain insert and 175 grain head

I bought some GT1535 blems from Big Jim, they will work good for a 30# bow

We have had good success with the Victory Juniors.  Good sturdy shaft that delivers consistently.  Not sure who on here deals them, but we have no complaints in using these or any Victory shafts.  Thier web site has all the specs on deflection and gpi.

The down side of the 1535 is that you need to leave them long or you have to weight the heck out of them for a light bow. I left them long for my wife's bow she pulls in the 30# range they are 30.5 from the nock to the bop, standard insert with 100 gr point this gets them around 400 gr. If they get too heavy they are like lobbing rocks, so that is why they are left long.

Heritage makes a "90" series that I have heard good things about.

Them heritage 90's are great shafts but would be way too stiff for Cade. My son shot the 90's and he was shooting around 45lbs and we left them full length with 145 points. I love the CE heritage series, great arrows. However, I think Guru is going to have to look into vendors that go to the 600-1000 spines. Maybe the Carbon Express Thunderstorms SE's if you can still find them ? Easton Redlines ?
