Can't you..
« on: July 13, 2010, 04:57:00 PM »
almost see a bow in his left hand and an arrow nocked waiting for the right moment.

Ok, he is only 3 years old. But Grampa loves the thought of introducing him to bowhunting.

That is great, but Grampa, he could have a bow.  My 3 year old is shooting a Pup from Maddog archery.  It is a custom bow, 3 arrows, and a string for right at $100.

You could have him started....

Something about the way he's standing reminds me of Fred Bear, just needs the hat and bow. Good pic.

That is a cool pic!

my 2 1/2 yr old boy and previously his big sister at the same age shoot some. his favorite saying is "I'll do it MYSELF" as he yanks her back and send the arrow into the abyss! He loves it. I just have them shoot a little so they don't get burned out with instructions such as: don't shoot me, don't shoot her, don't run with the arrows, don't run up to the arrows...just try and keep it fun. Oh yeah, and my back needs a break after a dz arrows too!

Great picture--but the way he is leaning slightly
left it looks to me like the bow would be in his right hand canted left---just like  FRED. lol.
