I use Pine Ridge Archery Instant Arrow Glue. It's a super glue type glue. I can fletch 1 arrow every 3 minutes taking my time. It's not a gel but pretty thick, not runny. This stuff really sticks to wraps.

I use fletch tape, just redid some that were wrapped 3 years ago, literally shot the feathers to rags.

I use the Pine Ridge stuff that Reaper mentioned. Works really well, I think it sets in 3 seconds or something like that. They've got a video on youtube showing how quick it sets up.

Gorilla Glue (blue cap, impact tough super glue) works great on wraps also. (Wal-Mart, Lowes)

I always use tape but I have also always used Fletch-tite (now Platinum) at front and back. (Old "shop" habits are hard to break - it adds to adhesion of the fletches and protects my hand from the front end of the feather - LOL) I do this on all types of arrows and with or without wraps. (I take a lot of kidding about using the tape on Cane/Bamboo arrows too - "How primitive is that?" - LOL)
