Thanks Guys! I appreciate all the input. After thinking about it some more, I think a good point was brought up. I really should learn how to do it myself. I think the KME is what I'm gonna try. I appreciate Ron offering to walk me through the process on the phone. I checked out some of those videos too. Doesn't look to hard & I think with some help I probably could do it. Thanks again for all the input & offers to help. TradGang is GREAT

I agree with Bjorn and Sharpser. I'm lousy when it comes to sharpening, so I need a bracket. KME has a good one and if you can't get 'em sharp with that you might as well give up archery.
I just said on the Simmons thread - no guy being paid 10 buck an hour is going to bet MY broadhead, THAT I HUNT WITH, sharper than me.

This is so funny... I posted this same q many years ago when this board was brand new. Usual well-meaning replies, but one guy came at me so hard about how I HAD to learn how, it was unreal. Badgered me for weeks on email, finally had to block him, he wouldn't quit.
I remember it well because I was transitioning to trad, and it soured me pretty bad at first. LOL but I got thru it. Glad you did much better than me this time, haha. :D

I was actually going to take some Tuskers to get sharpened at the local knife sharpener.
I have the KME sharpener and it works great on my STOS. I mean it is super fast to get them really sharp.
But the Tuskers have been a bit of a pain. Great broadhead that really hold an edge and are super tough. But it takes days for me to get one sharp. lol
