Well Tom, working around the 6 deg limb pad angle requires a certain depth to get the geometry right.  I'm considering going a little shallower on the next limb pads.

Nice.  Any bow shooting, @28", 10 grains per pound over 180 is fast. Add the stability afforded by the forward riser and you have a winner. How quiet is she.  Some mild r/d limbs and recurve limbs for that riser would give you the ultimate package.  Bravo!
It's not the arrival, it's the journey.

I think I would need a CNC machine to be able to interchange limbs, and that ain't gonna happen!   :)

I like the extreme forward handle.  Don't change a thing.  I'd love to shoot that.

It's like an extreme Kwyk Styk, which can't be a bad thing.

It is similiar... But most of those are recurves and your riser seems much shorter/smaller... The benefits of the forward handle with the more svelte riser... and I like the draw of a longbow better and they are quieter...

Looks like a perfect hunting bow in the making!!!

Marty, My earlier Talons were set deep like that. I Moved the handle back quite a bit and still retain the shootability and a 6 3/4 in brace so I get a full string throw. You will pick up some more fps by staying on the string a bit longer. Good job. Your limbs look good and stable. Nice job , especially for a prototype.
