Just wondering which you use a glue on or screw on broadhead? What are your reasons and is there any advantage over the other?

For would arrows I like glue-on and for carbon and aluminum I like screw-on,it's just easier.

I am using Abowyer Brown Bears 175gr and Woodsman glue ons 125gr for my carbons with multiple bows and draw weights. I can build broadheads to different weights by using different weight inserts for tuning. Inserts are alot cheaper than Broadheads

In my case, I shoot wood arrows so I use glue on heads. The installing, aligning and sharpening is all a part of the journey for me.

Either one is fine. The screw on works great if you setup calls for EXACTLY 125,150,175,200 grs. etc..Mine seldom does. The glue on's give you more versatility in that you can use a variety of different weight broadhead adaptors and you can further adjust the weight by adding lead shot inside the hollow of the broadhead adapter or you can grind down the adapter to decrease weight slightly.

It really is personal preference. I achieve similar flexibility by using different weights of inserts to make my standard 125 or 145 screw in broad-heads work. I would agree you certainly have easier options with glue ons. I just really like some of the screw in types and am able to avoid problems I have personally had with glue on and straightness.

I agree with Coaster500. You have a lot of flexibility with all of the different adapters available. Be sure to spin test and get them all straight, sometimes I run across a head that just won't seem to cooperate.
My favorite combo calls for a 190 gr head and my go to head comes in a screw in at that weight, so I have not tinkered much in a year or so.

Glue on on everything. I use adapters for carbon. I don't shoot aluminum. I feel I can fine tune the way my head sits and balance it better with glue on. Also can adjust the weight.
