Full Length arrows.

Well, I'm gonna go with some full length Legacy 2020's with a 175 grain tip. out of my 58@28 Hill.  Anybody ever have problems going with a full length shaft?

Whump Sez: I shot full length wood shafting for years. The only down side to it for me was trying to turn around on my stand position without the broadhead hanging on everything around me. I shot the full length shafting for weight so I spined up and shot a heavy head. As long as you can tune them to your bow you are good to go.. Hunt safe.

If you need it for proper arrow flight it really doesn't matter. Actually it will add a bit of weight. Many primitive tribal peoples shoot/shot VERY long arrows out of their bows.

I have used full length arrows with no real issue.

Nothing wrong with that unless the overhang bothers you,some don't like that.I let my tuning determine my arrows final length.

I shoot full length arrows of all materials. It gives me a better point on distance at hunting ranges.

I don't have any choice, I have to because of my draw length.

Only issue I ever had with full length was with a large broadhead (like the 3" El Grande) it sticks out of a side quiver more than I would like. - good flight rules over quiver however

If they are tuned properly to your bow and your shooting style the extra length shouldn't matter atr all...unless you use you point as a reference while shooting.

how long is full length? I have used 4 foot poplar dowels for cheap arrows. Sorry guys just couldn't help myself.........LOL.......James

for me, still too short.  I short draw at 32", more like 33" - 34".  My arrows are 35".  Not a shaft around to do that, so don't whine. I don't want to hear it (LOL)
