I would bet the ranch that the first one is a sow. She's huge. Only sure way to tell is to get them to drop their drawers and look:) Seriously, been on 7 hunts so far and have shot 2 sows thinking they were boars. The first one I shot(the biggest) made pope and young. She was aged at 17 years. As a general rule, mature boars heads look very square and blocky. Sows and young boars heads will be narrow and look "streamlined" Look at the head on the first picture, she has a huge body but a tiny angular head, probably a sow. Another general rule, sows are the first to show at a bait site. The mature boars will hang back to see if there is any danger. Not an exact science. Hope this helps.
